Before installing AlphaUserPoints my site worked perfectly.

I was too caught up in learning about AUP before I noticed no more Iframe function on front-end. No boardcode/smiley function on kunena forum and now the icons of my admin Control Panel are visible but not clickable.

I uninstalled AUP, JCE and I installed mootools upgrade, but still nothing nothing works.

Please advise.

Possibly some AUP database tables that didn't get deleted during uninstall

Are you having any backups of you website????
something similar happened with one of my client, unfortunately after hours of research, nothing served the purpose. He was forced to install a fresh website and start over again..
anyways, if yo dont had any backup, then please take it now (database & files) , even with your present state of website.

Then try to figur out what database tables does AlphaUserPoints creat/depent upon during install. Manually drop those tables, and all the files of AlphaUserPoints. you can set up test environment to check what are database tables without AlphaUserPoints installes, and once its installed.... wish yo luck
