header logo issues

header logo issues

I am having several issues with my header. I am trying to get rid of the green "borders" on either side of my header banner and logo. Also I'd like my logo to be "in line" with the banners. My logo is now also cut off a lil on the page, but the original file isn't cut off like that.

Oh and not all my banners show up even tho some of the same file type work. Some of the jpeg and some of the gifs work. Any ideas why?
