I wrote a php/sql script to convert all existing headers/titles to links. If its used with the article title set as an url i think it would improve SEO quite a lot.

a very quick fix solution.

any future articles can have the option to make the title 'clickable' as they are created.

I believe this can easily be applied to all versions of Joomla due to only changing one field in the database.

Unless I understand you incorrectly, this option already exists as a default choice in article manager>options.

It will alter all the article titles but can also be managed at article level as well in article options in link and article.

Please excus eme if I understand your post incorrectly.

That may be the case, i'm new to joomla, i've not had an in depth look at the workings yet.

i've tweaked other cms scripts not sure if i can name them so i wont.
Joomla looks like the one i'll stick with.
