HI everyone,

I have been a Joomla user for long time. Now i just updated to the 2.5 and I dont know why absolutely all the templates I try to use, even the default ones, are not working properly. Basicall what is not appearing on the frontend are the buttons of the top Menu and some other elemnts of the templates as well.

What I need to do to use completely the templates I installed?

The only template that works OK is the default one:
Beez2 - Default

The rest are shown incomplete in Frontend, the top menu disappears and only shows few text.
Will be great if someone can help me I am new to this new type of Joomla, the last I was using was the 1.5.

There is a big difference between Joomla 1.5 and the later versions (1.6 onwards) and you cannot easily migrate.

Have a look at http://docs.joomla.org/Tutorial:Migrati ... Joomla_1.6 which tells you how to go from 1.5 to 2.5

It might be best to revert to your previous version (hoping that you did take a back up) then update to the latest versions of 1.5 for security purposes and then do some further reading and work out how to migrate to 2.5.2 which may involve several steps in between.
