Hello everyone,

Our company website is having some issues being shown on search engines. We can be found at: http://www.newwebexperts.com.

We are using Joomla 1.5.25 and the Dominion Rockettheme template. We've been updating our content and adding more keywords to improve our rankings, but for anything other than "new web experts" we aren't showing up at all. We are trying to be found under "web design in palm springs" and variations of that.

Now I know it takes awhile for search engines to crawl through the site, but we've been at this for months and showing little to no improvement. Not sure if we are being blocked or if something in Joomla or the Dominion template is causing some issues with the search engines. Any thoughts? Your feedback and expertise would be much appreciated.

More text on the homepage; see how long title should be and meta description; use rich snippets for address on your site; submit on google places; compress CSS and JS files...

Just do some OFF page seo Strategies :

Social Bookmarking, Forum Postings & Exchange links with service-related websites (this is commonly termed as Thematic Link Exchange) that can help increase your link popularity, which is a major factor of Google's PageRank algorithm. Beware of Black-Hats while doing exchanges.

I don't find xml sitemap in your website. Have you submitted your website in google and bing webmaster tools, if not do that right now and also your xml sitemaps. For ranking top follow off-page optimization techniques.

I saw your source code and I think it's hard to search engine to crawl your website.

The reason your site isn't in any of the search engines is that no other sites link to yours. You need at least one good quality link to be included in the search engines

Make use of schema or other microdata languages for highlighting the major parts in your webpages and by that way , your website would be able to rank by the Rich snippets! Thanks

Hey, which Search engine are your looking in? I analyzed your site and found that most of the factors are good except for XML sitemap and Alt tags missing. Then gzip is also something you can use. Be happy, your site is not blocked or banned by search engines. According to me you should concentrate more on promotion and branding like submitting your site in classified ad sites, business directories, Google local listing, bookmarking sites, doing Press Releases and email marketing.
