query window tab/slider fixed position

I am looking for a module(?) that will allow me to place a fixed tab on either side of the screen AND allow me to fill it with what ever content I need. article, form, content, etc.

Like the screen shot attached - the red tab slides open to a nice lightbox.

I searched the JED but not seeing anything.
