JInstaller: Cannot find XML setup file (JoomlaWatch)

Joomla ver 2.5.3

Attempting to install extension JoomlaWatch found in joomla.org Extensions library. No matter how I work with the downloaded .zip file, I get the error: JInstaller: :Install: Cannot find XML setup file. It claims to be Joomla ver 2.5 compatible. Can anyone offer a solution? Thanks.

I believe that you have asked the same question in the support forum of the extension and got the following answer.

You must first unzip the archive , then find the correct directory inside of this archive according to your version of Joomla. Just then to install the individual zip files

Thanks. I was sure that was what I had done, but upon going back and completing the actions again, it worked just fine. I must have overlooked a step in my first attempts.
