The html.grid.id and core.js allow for multiple checkboxes on the same list of records by having an alternative field name param.

There are a couple of issues using this:

1. The row chekbox is named 'cbxxx' where xxx is the alternative specified. I.e. it always appends it to the default cb.

2. The deprecated version of the checkAll function works with the one instance so long as the checkbox at the head of the column is named 'toggle'.

Suggested change: put the 'stub' on the end of toggle to distinguish the two or more checkboxes.
