Dear all,

I'm having a slight problem with viewing this site which is done using Joomla 1.5.23.

http://www.joomlakl.com/victor

It seems like I can't view the drop down menu titles using IE9, but am able to if I used firefox, chrome, etc...

Is there anyway to go about it instead of upgrading the joomla version?

Thanks in advance!

I cannot see why but as soon as your flash starts to load the menu text disappears in IE9.

In IE9 when using 7 and 8 standards everything works. I would normally look at z-index and use of position: relative.

Turn off or unpublish the flash file to prove the menu will now work in IE9.

If that is the case you probably have a nightmare ahead of you with fixing position tags.

Check your template's CSS folder to see if you have IE version specific files that might help, other than that I'm out, good luck

Did unpublishing the flash file fix the menu in IE9?

If so how are you positioning the flash file, i.e a module, hard-coded in your template's index.php file or in an article?

Problem solved Harvey. All I had to do was replace the cufon-yui.js file in my Script folder. Perfect!
