I am using
http://www.vaisulweb.it/ as ISP. If you have a domain name like "myname.info", you have a control panel "cp.myname.info", a mail server like "mail.myname.info" etc.
The domain costs me 40.83 euro a year including my domain name. You also have a SQL and a MySQL database for this money. I payed using paypall because I have no credit card.
In my control panel of my site there is a microsoft web app gallary where you can install many applications like Joomla 2.5. It works great.
Communication and help is sometimes in Italian but they do their best to change it in english.
I could install a new template. First there was an error but then I changed
public $tmp_path = '/tmp';
into
public $tmp_path = './tmp';
in the configuration.php file
and it worked as expected.
So far, I'm am really satified. I am new to Joomla and I think I found a great environment.
It is also possible to have an asp.net website using visual studio and SQL. Great.

And yes some companies have a pretty quick turnaround of queries which is always ideal, but then one wonders why - perhaps they have fewer clients for some reason - just playing devil's advocate.
