I am in need of an extension that will allow me to restrict a specific menu item's content to only the user I select.

For example, if there is a menu item called "Videos", containing video 1 and video 2, I want to be able to say:
When not logged in, the menu item "Videos" is not displayed.
When user1 is logged in, "Videos" is accessible, but the user can only see video 1.
When user2 is logged in, "Videos" is accessible, but the user can only see video 2.

Video 1 and Video 2 will be articles.

Is there an extension capable of doing this?
I've searched the Joomla Extensions, but haven't found something that will do this. They are only hiding PART of articles, and usually only hiding it from the usual groups, guest, registered, admin, superadmin.

Please, someone help me.

Are you able to upgrade to Joomla 2.5? It has much more control over user permissions and what you describe could be done with 2.5.
