We have been through situations, when we receive weird reviews, out of no where, who has bought our products.
For example, we received a review from a user, so we match it with our customer base to see, who has posted it. So, lets say, we receive a bad review, and we match it with our sales list, but it doesnt match .
So, how do we go on with the customer to provide him support , as it happens sometime that, users dont contact the support for help, and proceed with a review which has no meaning or which is normally covered under the protection plan (support heldesk).
Like we received a review yesterday, and it was clear, the user dint contact the support, before posting it, so we would normally want to contact the user personally and ask them their problem, so we could solve it and then ask them to report the review to be removed.
But right now, I dont see a method, how to make that happen.
