Why is it sometimes that whenever I upload an image file using Media Manager the the thumbnail of the image disappears?

The image files I used are JPEG types.[Mod Note: Bump post by you deleted, especially as only four minutes had elapsed!. Please do not bump your messages. Read the Forum Rules for full details.

Have not used media manager. I recommend using ftp to upload files or JCE editor with Image Manager

I did as you say pxforti. I uploaded the file via the ftp filezilla software and still had the same problem.

Some images would be visible while others won't display, only the alt text would be visible
.
