Hi guys.

I need change encrypt MD5 to SHA1 of joomla. How i make this?

you would need to write you own custom Authentication plugin, use the Joomla! Auth Plugin as an example and the Wiki documentation

in the "wiki" on the documentation site, maybe and as already suggested using an existing authentication plugin as an example.
