Hi

I switched hosting providers and now have the following error on my home page
"404 - Component Not Found Y"

My administration backend has the following massage in red font:

" Error loading Components: Table '(database name).jos_components' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT * FROM jos_components WHERE parent = 0
Error loading Plugins: Table '(database name).jos_plugins' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT folder AS type, element AS name, params FROM jos_plugins WHERE published >= 1 AND access <= 0 ORDER BY ordering

Here are my database details:
MySQL Server: Localhost
Server version: 5.1.57-log
Web server: Apache/2
MySQL client version: mysqlnd 5.0.8
PHP extension: mysqli Documentation
phpMyAdmin: Version information: 3.4.9,

I hope the above details can help in locating where the fault is.

have you loaded the COMPLETE database to the new host, it looks like either you are missing some tables or they didn't load properly

Thanks for the reply.
When nobody replied, I thought I was on my own I contacted my host provider.
Who I must add are amazing. They even help out on a bank holiday Monday.
He sorted out the problem within the hour.
Thanks anyway.

can you provide details here of the resolution, incase others see something similar and it may assist them to fix their own issue.

I'm not 100% sure, but the tec at cherry host sort the problem out.
I think he done a fresh install.
