When me and my ofice staff try to print the current web page for revision before launching the site, it prints all the menu structure and splits the page in many parges, not printing how the web page looks on the screen. IS there a fix to this.?

Have you tried using the "Print Article" icon?

Having the same issue. I'm using the Atomic template (with blueprint). I eliminated the link to the print.css in index.php and that fixed some of the problem. It's still printing the page in a single column rather than a multi-column layout as the site normally displays. This may be a better way to print but my client doesn't think so. Any further assistance is appreciated.

I fixed it by specifying media="all" on all of my style sheets. So that all stylesheets are applied to print, screen, etc.

i.e.
<link rel="stylesheet" href="..../css/template.css" type="text/css" media="all"/>
