Is this a new installation?
Is it a transfer from another host?
Upgrading an earlier version of Joomla?
A bit more explanation as to what your were doing before this error started to occur please.

Did you also copy the database?
Suggest you try again and use the Akeeba Backup extension to take the effort out of it. Just follow the documentation carefully.

i didn't copy the database specially, only paste the website folder with everything in it.
the reason i did this transfer to another computer is because my computer is not working, so i can't access the site and administrator on any computer...

can you be more specific about what i should do to fix this? how would Akeeba Backup will help me?

With the greatest respect do you not think this would have been relevant information at the beginning?

Any and all the content for your web site is contained in the data base without it all you have are a bunch of files that don't do anything in particular.

If you don't have access to the Administrator Akeeba is not a solution so that was a waste of time.

Go to the WAMP directory and locate the MySQL/data directory and find the file in that with the name of your database.

Copy that file and place it in the data directory of the web server on your new computer WAMP installation.

HOWEVER

Given your explanations so far, it may be in your best interest and much easier, to just start again from scratch on the new location and reinstall Joomla! and rebuild your site from the ground up.

Hi,
I guess there is a language issue for you too so I apologise if I was a little terse with you ;)

Assuming you now have reinstalled WAMP on your new computer (if not this is the first step).

In the WAMP folder that you copied:
* if you go to wamp/mysql/data there should be a file or directory there with the name of your old site
* copy that directory and
* paste it in the same place on the new installation of WAMP.
Then
If you then go to wamp/www/your_site_name you should find your old site files, within this directory.
* Now copy this your_site_name and
* paste it in the new installation of wamp in its wamp/www/directory.

Now make sure wamp is running and call the name http://localhost/your_site_name (which will be the name of the folder you have just copied)

IF YOU ARE LUCKY, you should now see your site as before.

The important thing is to ensure the locations of the old file copy within the new WAMP installation is exactly the same.

What is the amount of content that this original site contained? Is it easy to redo this? If so then yes go that route and reinstall from scratch.
If not or preferably not then please say so.
