If you can show me some example websites, then we can surely develop that. Let me know.

they are made for joomla 1.5 and im on joomla 2.5...

I do not wanna buy something incompatibile, and if I have cash I would not ask for help.

And I wanna find non-commercial stuff. I have non-commercial site, and I wanna non-commercial modules. Thats easy, right?

This extension may be what you need: Calc Builder: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/financial/cost-calculators/17242.

I have not used it, but it looks easy to configure to your needs.
Unfortunately, it is not free. I have not found a free extension that can do the same. But if you can spare 10 euro, maybe it will save you lots of time.

You get what you pay for!

And no website is non-commercial. When someone has spent money on domain and hosting, that means, the website is there for some reason.

Anyways, Im sorry, but you get the best things for a price always.

I dont agree with you. My fiends and I, who are authors of articles on website, agreed to be non-commercial. And site is for reason - one of important is > education of people who are not into medicine about different medical conditions and diseases! etc etc...

Well, this page shows a few free calculators for biology, but all of them are for joomla 1.5.

http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/living/personal-life

So ,if you are good in programming and want to spend a few weeks on rewriting them, then go ahead and good luck...

I agree with you that it is important to educate people who are not in medicine about medical problems that may concern them. I am into medical research myself, and I maintain a website on autism to inform people on available resources (http://www.autismcentral.ca/new/index.php). I did spend a few bucks from my own pocket on some extensions essential for my website, because I could not find equivalent free extensions.
I think that sometimes it is good to pay a few bucks to somebody who spent several hours of his time to make something useful, rather than not using it and not providing useful information to your public.
So its up to you to decide.

If I am not too late to the party, maybe my BMR calculator will be of use:

http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... life/16744

We'll be happy to develop other free ones (weight loss, ovulation, BMI) if there is real interest.
