Is there an easy way to make a menu from a category tree in way that it is dynamically linked to the category tree? Basically I want the menu to update based on the sub-categories I add or remove without having to manually edit the menu itself. I just need a way to import the category list to a menu, it doesnt have to be dynamic in updating itself, that would just be a bonus for me.

Example, The Category Tree:

-One
--Two
--Three
---Four
--Five

The menu would start with:

-One

and expand to:

-one
--two
--three
--five

Alternatively, it can start fully expanded (if an expanding menu wont work).
