I noticed the sessions table on my joomla was about 20MB. i checked and each time i refresh, the number of entries increases!

does anyone have any idea WHY???

i understand why now :)

i was using to joomla session class to create new sessions for users that weren't logged in. so each time you create a session for a user not logged it, it creates a new entry in the sessions table.

to solve this problem, try creating the sessions AFTER the user has logged in. i don't know if it will solve the problem, but it's worth the try.

OR find a way to purge the sessions table once past sessions become useless or irrelevant, which is the solution i'm using right now.

how to creat it man? can you clear that for mo please?
