Hi,

I am new to Joomla 1.6+ and the new user account management system. I have three questions:
1) Can an administrator account be created to manage only one group of users?
2) Can an administrator account which manages a group of users be given the ability to create user accounts for only that group?
3) Can the administrator account for a group be limited such that the administrator can only create up to N user accounts where N is a number specific to each group?

I am wondering this same thing. But I wonder if this can be accomplished with Community Builder (http://joomlapolis.com).
