How to insert iframe or scroll bar inside the article j-2.5

Hello sir ,
i am newbie to joomla and i am using joomla 2.5 version. I need to insert scrollbar or like i frame inside the artilcle !!! how can i do that?? I have tried various editors aswell like jce, cke etc. But still didnot got the result!! :'(

1/ Create an article with full content and has been formatted by the WYSWYG editor.
2/ Save and close.
3/ Go to Golbal Configuration and change Default Editor to Editor - None
4/ Open your article and paste your iframe code into the content then save and close.
