I'm trying to hide Home and another menu I created, Footer for the Footer area but am not sure how to hide them while still allowing what they contain to be accessable. Example is the footer contains articles for TOS and a Privacy Policy so they need be readable but I obviously don't want Footer on my menu.

Thanks a lot for any help :)

Hiding any menu can be achieved by going to their module and disabling (unpublishing) it.

But that may not be what you want. If you want something else please provide more detail.

Good luck

You know how when you click on a privacy policy, it's somewhere on the website but it's not on the menu selection? Or how by default the menu shows Home. Home has to be on the menu however a lot of sites I see do not have the home visible, people use the logo to get back to the home page. I'm wanting to hide Home on the main menu.

With the Footer and Privacy policy, the articles have to be posted somewhere on the site. The only way to post the articles that I'm aware of is by using a menu. An example is when you look at the bottom of this page and see Privacy Policy. It is linking to a page however it does not appear at the top menu or any menu for that matter.

To put it plainly, I'm trying to 1) hide Home on the main menu 2) Have privacy policy and TOS on the bottom of the page without it showing up in any menu.

You can create a separate menu module for the footer and target it to that position on your template.

I'm not sure about the 'Home' issue - why not create two menu modules, one with home and one without. The one without home should be allocated to all the pages except the home page itself.

The one with home can be allocated to the home page, and the logo can link to that home item on that menu module.

I just thought this off the top pf my head, I have not tried it and not sure if it will work. There may be better solutions that others know of.
