Hi guys, I just upgraded Joomla on one of my sites from 1.7 to 2.5.4. For the most part, the pages are working fine (actually hadn't done a lot of individual pages yet as I'm still trying to get the design/layout just right).

However, Mootools is a bit of a disaster. As you can see from the screencap I've attached:

1) The photo slideshow is not working properly and is simply displaying all images on top of each other.

2) The spacing on the dropdown menu is now all screwed up. For example "Travel & Tourism Resources" should be (and was, on the old site) all on one line, not each word listed vertically one after another.

I assume this means there is something wrong with the Mootools/Suckerfish Javascript for each of those items (slideshow and menu)? As a reference, I'm using the JP Imagination template, and both the menu and slideshows were working beautifully before the Joomla update: http://demo.joomlaplates.net/jp_imagination/

Can anyone help me out here and let me know if there is a quick fix (ie. I missed some sort of extension update that's supposed to be done along with updating to Joomla 2.5)? I did all of the normal upgrade tasks, like checking Discover, Database, and so on in the back end so I'm not sure what I need to make these two things work again. Thanks!

*By the way, I'd just like to clarify that I'm on the newer side to Joomla and may be confusing Mootools, Suckerfish, Superfish, etc. so I apologize if I'm using any of those terms incorrectly but I think the issue is clear enough and if you visit the demo site of the template being used, you can see exactly what scripts are being employed where.
