I'm not sure I understand your question. Why would you want to change the installation interface? And why does Joomla's copyrights make a difference to your web project?

I want to change because i wanna give a gift to a Turkish Joomla! Support Forum (i dont wanna give the name bec of advertisements..).. I read the GNU/GPL License but my english is not enough to understand it :) help me pls..

Not strictly an Installation issue but...

Are you saying you want to create a dedicated Turkish installation package for Joomla.

That there is only one language available for the installation unlike the twenty plus languages that there are at present?

Do you also mean that you want both the Front end and Back end to be set up with only Turkish language as well, rather than the default English?

So all you want is a Turkish Joomla pack and no other languages available by default.

Then there should be no real issue provided you maintain the Joomla licence references as they are (and in English) and as they apply under the GNU licence.

I have Turkish Language Pack for Joomla! 2.5.4.. but some of Turkish people are having problems when they are making Turkish language on their sites because they dont know English.

In fact i'm wondering the answer this question:

Can i design Joomla! 2.5.4 Installation Template for a forum which working with Joomla ? (I dont change the bottom of installation page..) If you want i can send a sample of web interface ?

If you use the Turkish language pack, all the User Interface will be in Turkish (as soon as Turkish is chosen as default site and admin language), I do not see why they would see it in English.
What is the relation with a forum?
I think you are confusing the Installation template and a template used for the site.

Please explain better with screen captures.
I also suggest you contact the Turkish Translation Team Coordinator and discuss with him

Thanks for your answer sir but i couldnt explain my real problem. My problem isn't about Turkish Language Pack.. My problem is a question. The question is:

"Can we edit Joomla! 2.5.4 Installation Pack web interface ? We wont change copyright at tha bottom of page. Only web interface will be change.. Is this situation out of GNU/GPL License ?"

Joomla!® is Open Source and you can release such a distribution as long as you keep the license and copyrights.

"The following statement must be presented with any localized distribution: "This is an unofficial localized distribution of Joomla. Support of this distribution is only available from the team that created it. It is not warranted by the Joomla Project or Open Source Matters."

Thanks for your answers but also i'm saying we will keep the license and copyrights. We wont sell that everybody can download it.. I'm wondering that we have a chance in license and copyrights about making a special web interface of installation ? Or must we have a distributor of Joomla Work Team ?

As I said, Jooomla is GPL. You can change it at will.
As this is unrelated to languages I move this topic to the OSM forum.

If you have any language difficulties, perhaps contact the Turkish translation team/turkish forum for assistance, they may already have the package you are trying to recreate.
