Hi,
I recently came across a number of tagging extensions available in JED, particularly one with the name of TorTags, I wish to add tagging / keywords functionality to JoomGallery, as there is no inherent means to do that and as TorTags claimed that virtually any component can be synchronised with it (in fact they have tutorial on phoca gallery) I decided to use it on JoomGallery; unfortunately however, I failed to get it started. So here is my first question,
(i) can anyone of you please guide me in the process of synchronising both components; there is a button for tagging while one writes the description of an image but it's simply not taking the values.

Secondly, tagcrowd, wordle, tagxedo which allows for creation of stylish tag clouds if one provides the url of an website, do you feel that it could add value if I create a custom HTML module to display the tags created out of one of the content heavy pages?

Your suggestions and advice are welcome. Many thanks in advance!

It has been solved using TorTags after some fantastic support! :D

Hi,
With TorTags you have a few options to configure like table name, id fields etc. However, if you face any difficulty I would suggest you to go through the demo available in their site tormix.com and of course you will also have an ever so willing helping hand to help you out in case of any difficulty. With the professional edition you will have module that displays the tags through a cloud and increased styling options.
