You can always make your own by using a custom HTML module, and inputting the code provided by facebook, twitter.

If you wish to show the module at the end of each article then you can do this.
Then you just put the module in position mysocial, or name it something you like. Then at each end of article you just {loadposition mysocial}

This is if you want to make your own, but yes there's loads of extensions.

I recommend this one for social share - http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions ... ased/19293 I am using it on my site and has great features. It also provides social login capabilities via 23 ID providers like Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc

Yes, this is a good choice. What I like is the large choice of languages, which is a important factor if you want to internationalize your site.
