Please define 'not responsive'. Also please list what you did and at what point it became 'not responsive'.
e.g.
Clicked Components >>> Contact and the screen froze
or
Clicked Components >>> Contact and the computer crashed, blowing the main electric fuse
etc.

"not responsive" means that it does not approach to web design in which a site is crafted to provide an optimal viewing experience (From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ;)

I created a contact and a menu item for that contact. I clicked on the menu item and I saw the contact form  that is very nice until we change the size of the browser window.

Just try it on the official demo site:
http://joomla30.cloudaccess.net/index.p ... -webmaster

There is width of input and textarea set on 210px in template.css (line 773). So when you can see it in a browser with small width, the input areas are too long and labels are not visible (see the attachment).

If you are going to quote another site please give an exact quote not your paraphrasing of it. And a link to the site quoted helps so that it can be seen in context.

Works OK for me

Addendum
The only reference I can find in Wikipedia about 'Responsive' is 'Responsive Web Design' http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Responsive_web_design . And that is a totally different context to a page being 'Responsive' or 'not responsive'.

I am very sorry for such a confusion... actually it means that the subject and title of this forum topic is wrong :-[
I wanted to say that the contact form doesn't look nice on a small cellphone screen.
