Unable to save contacts

When I try to create a new contact or edit an existing contact, the screen goes to the top of the page and nothing happens. I can click on save, save & new, save & close, or close and the same thing happens. The contact does not get saved and I am unable to move from that screen. I have checked this in IE, Firefox, and Chrome and it happens in all three. I have cleared the expired cache on the site along with all other cache. I have also cleared my browser cache to no avail. Can anyone give me a solution to this issue?

I guess the problem is on administrator site. So, site administrator access as well as ftp access.
