How can i install language pack manually?

How can i install language pack manually?

I uploaded admin folder to administrator folder and site folder to language folder but the language doesent show up in the language selection. what im doing wrong ?

Language packs shall be installed from the Extension Manager.
Otherwise, if the folders you uploaded were fine, you may be able to discover the languages.

It is better to install the pack!
