no toolbar/edit button on article manager (TinyMCE 2.0)

Hi,

need some help here, no toolbar/edit button on article manager, toolbar for editing just missing, also there have html code within the box

What is set as the default editor under Global configuration > Default WYSIWYG editor?

Also check the editor settings for your user account that you are logging in as

Global configuration > Default WYSIWYG editor = editor - TinyMCE 2.0

iam login as administrator
