Content Management Portal

Hi

I am looking for a component or number of components working together to create a content portal for different types of content.

Much like portals used on games websites for each individual game. Do you know of anything that is possible other than GamesBox which is aimed directly for games.

Actually Joomla core articles and categories is pretty good option, unless you have more significant requirements, probably best to share about what you are trying to do.

Being able to enter in information info something maybe like a form and that information is then made into an article with automatic styling. This way each article or "page" does not need to be made manually from scratch.

Also is there a way to sort categories into a table. I have been for some time been also looking at a way of displaying articles in a category into a table and then being able to sort that information.
