Hi to all,
greetings from Macedonia and keep up with the good work!
I hope we will go to normal soon since we are so eager to see the new CMS based on 4.5.3 engine!
And this time - no corporate (c) in our translation files!
I will upload my pic in the following days

Re: Welcome to the Translation Teams
Welcome to all newly arrived this night (GMT time).
Concerning the Translation Teams, we are going to re-open the Private Translation Forum and give access to all formerly there. The Charter may have to change slightly in the near future
I'll send a personal mail to all.
Look for an announcement here.
Concerning the new volunteers for a said language, they will have to contact the Language Coordinator for their language. We will provide the list of Languages with the people to contact, as in the "other" forum...
Please keep an eye on this thread.

Re: Welcome to the Translation Teams
Please all, you may forward these FAQs to your respective communities
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is this a fork of the Mambo project?
No, it is a rebranding effort that will continue to run largely on the existing codebase. Work is continuing on the project by the same team that has developed Mambo as you know it today. Therefore we see it as continuing development rather than a 'fork'.
2. Will my old Mambo stuff continue to work?
Yes, the Development Team is committed to supporting a high level of backward compatibility for the 4.5.x series.
3. Do you have a new name yet?
No, not yet.
4. Will you continue to update the roadmap and release future plans?
Yes, look for this news shortly on opensourcematters.org.
5. When will you create a new release?
As soon as the dust settles, and we finalize our short-term plan. The next release will be based on the existing 4.5.3 code and will be fully compatible just like previous releases. There is currently no set release date.
6. What will happen to the third party projects on Mamboforge?
We are working on infrastructure issues right now, and will make an announcement as soon as plans are in place for a new development repository.
7. Is there anything I can do to help?
For now, hang tight and continue to make sure people are aware of Open Source Matters.
