according to my logs, there's a "not found" on
includes/js/ThemeOffice/joomla_16x16.png
and indeed, the file is named "Joomla_16x16.png" (capital J)

Hi Joe,

Thanks for the report. I can confirm the issue, just checked my own website error log.

Can you add a bug tracker report? And put the link back here in this topic? Thanks.

Note:

The problem is that both files are included in the patch, one with capital first letter, one without. For Linux machines, these are two seperate files, for Windows these are the same as it is not case sensitive. The file with capital should probably removed from the package.

Hi Tonie,

Agree, I see mine being overwritten during install (on Windows). But on my live site though, I oonly have the one image with capital J.

How did you extract the patch for the live_site? On the hoster, or your Windows box?

Hmm good point, on my windows machine, then uploaded with FTP. Guess thats it, extract on hoster probably would have worked.

Anyway, seeing that this is a much used method, many users will experience this problem.

which is why it is probably good to remove the upper case one from the next release, and include the lower case one. This way, if people have the upper case version, the good one will be added.
