Rather than just type "Checked Out" please type in Red:

"Checked out. This item is currently being edited/proof-read"

This is to make it clear to all of our proof-readers what it means as some new proof-readers may get confused with what "Checked Out" means.

Toolbar Icons:/Columns:
Inconsistant use of spaces after bold names, i.e.: "Publish/Unpublish:  " (2 spaces, sometimes 1 space--should be 1, i think)

Columns:
Name: Systems shoudl be System
Published: Extra space in middle of sentance between 'whether  the'
Category: No terminal point at end of sentance
