Checked in.  Made all entries complete sentences.  Tightened style to conform to Draft Style manual. Created examples for the use of layout numbers.  Fixed formatting.

I'm not sure this is ready for final review.  I'd like to take another look at it after leaving it for a while.

Select from the drop-down list the menu item after which the new item will appear.

Possibly:  Choose a menu item from the drop-down list that you would like the new item to appear after.

Maybe something like that?

Charles,

Sounds better!  All I did was change the text to green.

Choose a menu item from the drop-down list that you would like the new item to appear after.

You can now transfer this text to the help site and update the changelog 1.0x

Just post when you are completed

Thanks!

The 1.1x and 1.0x changelog has been updated (just because I happened to update both docs).

This document is now ready for another revision.
