Got this error on frontend, after adding adding a new menu entry to a custom menu outside the main menu

Code:
Fatal error: Call to a member function addChild() on a non-object in /var/www/cms/libraries/joomla/common/abstract/tree.php on line 42


after moving the entry back to main menu the custom menu title show up in frontend without any problem.

any suggestions?

Please download a nightly build and work with that one. The error you are reporting has been fixed.
