Installed a fresh copy of 7388, and filled it with the sample data.
After that, I've created a new menu item to a contact category.

In the Joomla configuration, I've set:
Search Engine Friendly URLs to Yes and Use mod_rewrite to Yes.

When I go to http://localhost/contact-us I can see the contacts inside the category.
The link to a contact: http://localhost/contact-us?view=contact&id=1
You can click the link, but nothing happens. The page reloads itself.

With SEO and mod_rewrite turned off, the link is
http://localhost/index.php?option=com_c ... &Itemid=51

Hey, there is a extra option in the URL.
Let's try to add the &Itemid=51 to the not working URL, so we have now a link like:
http://localhost/contact-us?view=contact&id=1&Itemid=51

And it works!
I think the error is somewhere in components/com_contact/views/category/view.html.php at line 67.

Confirmed on 7388.

I can not confirm that

Hey, there is a extra option in the URL.
Let's try to add the &Itemid=51 to the not working URL, so we have now a link like:
http://localhost/contact-us?view=contact&id=1&Itemid=51

And it works!

Q&T; issue confirmed with the link of the contact item not working when SEF is enabled on build 7392.

No webserver error log records, no specific debug info either.

Fixed on SVN, added routing support to the contact component.
