Is there an easy way of doing the above.

I have some terms and conditions I want members to read and agree to. I have seen a simple java script snippet to add to an html page but I need it to be on a joomla page. Example below

I seem to recall that Community Builder adds this functionality to the registration form.  Have a look at http://www.joomlapolis.com
