Hi all,

It is possible to know (or have posted) a link where to find some Japanese language packs for the most used components of Joomla/mambo, such as Remository and so ?

Many Thanks!

I think you can download main language file from here
I guess the file at top of the list, "Mambo 4.5.2 japanese language v1.3 UTF-8版",  is the latest version.

add: or here:http://developer.joomla.org/sf/sfmain/do/viewProject/projects.joomla_japanese_language

add: we don't have any component language files now.

I wish they will be host http://www.joomla.jp/ later.
add: or here:http://developer.joomla.org/sf/projects/japan

------------------------------------------

上記のように、メイン日本語言語ファイルは jamambo.comのdownloadセクションから入手できます。
Joomla.jpには、coreとパックされたものはありますが、単品では存在しません。

Thanks Itochan for the link on the Japanese language files.  ;)
They work great! I just changed the front side of my site to Japanese and automatically the labeling on items changed! Tested with Joomla 1.0.4

And of course big domo arigato goes to arthron for making the labeling happened.

cheers
Marcel

Hi maxdg,

I:m afraid none of components are translated to japanese.
Only the core of joomla/mambo and that:s all done by athron.
I guess the reason is simple, not enough members of JP community thus low demand.

too bad, because I belevie the components are what makes mambo and joomla stand out.
