This my shot for the Joomla 1.5 Template Contest, some quick details:
Pure CSS (no tables where harmed during the design of this template  ;))
    Valid Code: XHTML, CSS
Absolutely no changes to the Sample Data, just download the file, install it on the latest SVN and you're up to go!

The template params cover:
    5 Colors Styles
    Enable/Disable moo effects
Choose the state of the modules slides on start

Using the nice overrides capabilities:
Remove the image from com_weblinks - category (never like it that much any way  :P)
Module chrome to set up sliders even on modules without a title

I've tested this template with: Firefox, IE6 and IE7, not sure on other browsers but let me know any problems and i'll fix it

Finally:
  Live Demo: http://demo.bcessa.com
  Download Link: http://demo.bcessa.com/bc_luminity.zip

Updated, now the modules on: user1 and user2 also handles the hover effect based on the Color style selected
Thanks for the tip man!, any other suggestion or request just let me know  ;D

Oh by the way, just in case is not that obvious, another effects are on the table view (hover too), the module display (click the title and it will toggle up and down the content ) and so on!

Thnx for the post and hope to see more soon!  ;)

I like this template :) 1 comment, the "bounce" hover effect seems to be slow to me - might look better with a little more speed.

Right now there are 5 color styles on the template: Blue, Green, Pink, Purple and Red, any suggestions for another one?

Yellow?

Maybe include a small module position above the topmenu for a logo?

Not really for some reason at all, just for a matter of completeness, a rule of the contest is that the template must work with the sample data on 1.5 by default, the thing is, I don't really like that much the square-rigid designs so i choose to work on something a little bit more fluid and flexible, with good size fonts and with a touch of eye-candy ( at least that was the intention  :-\), that's why it end like this

But I hope you like it, and find it useful... and vote for me  ;D!

Thnx for your comments, any suggestions, critics, requests, etc... are welcome! ;)

One of the best but I downloaded and tested and seems like it's not working.. not reading the CSS file.

You have to run it on the latest nightly build or use svn, it doesn't work with RC2.

Very futuristic .. would get rid of the right header browser gfx (distracting and who wants these on his own page?) The footer maybe also with a header straight through like optic ... maybe footer menus as seen as other contestants too ... really poential here :)

I'm getting the following error immediately after loading the live demo page:

Line 21
Invalid property value

This error reappears on every mouse movement.
Couldn't really review the demo because of this error. I'm using IE7. Most other demo's work without a glitch. I do get errors sometimes in the demo's when using some of the non-standart menu's.
