I'm using Joomla as framework for an application developed in Actionscript 2  :o
Previously, before 1.13, I simply sent user and MD5(password) to my server where I could authenticate against table jos_users and return.

Because of the rainbow tables out there I understand you have changed the authentication from 1.13.

How can I from a client application now generate the encrypted password?
