hi this is a soap based joomla "server"
and working like my vbulletin addon -> http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=100559

this server can be used to connect other applications with joomla

at the time, this version include following functions

login into joomla
create/update/delete/get userdata and informations

all this functions can be used to connect your applications with joomla ( example vbulletin->joomla, my com_connector use the same api on vbulletin side, to connect joomla->vbulletin)

later i will make an options to setup and edit contents on joomla page

to run this api you need have php5 and soap extension installed

this addon will be needed to connect joomla and vbulletin:

in the package, i have included examples for all functions
that the server has

just download and unzip the package in your joomla root



add to your configuration.php

this line:

$mosConfig_soapKey='testkey';

and change the key value to your secred key, this key is needed to secure the access to the api

can the testkey value be anything?

this is the secret key for you server
only with this key you can call the server


put this in configuration.php or in top of soap.server.php

I am very sorry to be off the subject a bit, but you can help me, I am sure of it. I installed sugarcrm, and upon running my browser I got the error "could not locate sugarcrm, check the uri of the soap server" PLEASE I am at work, and really need to fix this. I removed the sugar crm files, but the problem still persists.

Fixed it, went into phpmyadmin, and removed the offending table. Thanks anyway.

I really need some assistance.

I took on a new client and they are requiring an api to be created and I'm not really sure how to create one. Does anyone have any references that are fairly simple to follow to create one that I can create and use in this site.

I've written a few xml files, but that was in asp not php.

Any help would be appreciated.
