is there a way to seperate the Both Description and Metakeywords for the content item, from the one for the general website?

its seems like even if i have seperate one for the artilce, the thingy always has the joomla site metadata first

It is not currently possible :(

I've requested that feature, but it's been denied!!!

Feel free to pipe in at: http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic ... html&nbsp; I guess the more people express the need for it, the more likely it is to be re-evaluated.

that is kinda scary, given the fact that you are a core member, and you were denied........hmmmm?

also do you know of any hack that can remedy the situation?,  b/c i really want it to be seperated

SOrry, I don't know of a way to accomplish this at this point.  I imagine it might be possible to hack the core, but I'm not a code jockey, wouldn't know where to look for that tidbit.
