*edit...oops, nm,  it works!!  I am using JSAS(Joomla stand alone server) so is a little differnet for me, but it's kewl!  I put anyname in root: w\www,  and checked at  http://localhost85:/anyname.php (same thing as the file in my root folder, as I am my own webserver) and voila! It told me what I already knew  lol, (once I got my brain unstuck first) that  w\www was the absolute path! :D  I just posted this in case anyone else like me is using the JSAS and was confused for a sec.  thanx for this tip.

I was very glad when I found this modul, since I'm struggling for some time to find my absolut path. But I have absolutely no experience with moduls. By now I copied the text into a text editor and as far as I have read, next I only have to transfer the script to the root folder. Well, can anybody tell me where to find it? And is this all I have to do?
