Hi All,

This one's got me...  I just upgraded from 1.0.7.

When logging into the backend, all is fine.

When logging into the front end, I get a 404 error.  I click refresh, and I'm shown as logged in.  I then log out and get a 404 error.  Hit refresh and I'm logged out.

Anyone??

Are you using IIS or Apache as a webserver?

in youre modified version op page 18 the '$url = mosGetParam( $_SERVER, 'REQUEST_URI', null )'
and on page 31 the ' $return = $request_uri;' is not changed by you in URL instead of URI

is there a reason for ?

in the whole mod_login.php the code is 'URL'.
is that not a problem?

In my version i have changed it to 'URL' and then everything went OK.

Greets,
ReeJ

Works here too! It does not work on logout for me, though...I get 404: The requested URL /joomla/http://www.popskolen.no was not found on this server.

Probably because my site is not in the root folder? I'm on Apache.

I had the same problem solved it with the edited mod_login.php but now it doesn't seem to remember the 'keep me logged in' function.

Actually we shouldn't need a modified script after upgrading :( but guess this is one of those little bugs that will get solved after a given time. Hope joomla.org brings a fix out for this theirselves soon.

It worked well on 1.07.

Yes it's a special deal; I have two domains on my webhotel, forum.3-16 (which is in the root folder) and http://www.popskolen.no, which is in forum.3-16.no/joomla.

I have a second domain name too and it's giving me the same sorta problem. My primary domain (http://www.hermpie.com) works fine but the secondary one keeps giving problems after the upgrade... (http://www.howsmusic.com)

This isn't really what I expected  :'(
