This morning I installed several modules and plugins through the "joomla extensions" site. I believe one of them has damaged my site. I cannot figure out which one.

Now my front page is blank, but all interior pages still work fine. Here is a link to the front page:
http://theatrehorizon.org/joomla1.5/

And this is an interior page -to show what it looks like when it works:
http://theatrehorizon.org/joomla1.5/ind ... &Itemid=15

I have tried to disable and uninstall all of the mods/plugins that I was using this morning, but it has not solved the problem.

I contacted my webhost, and they cannot detect any problem on their end.

I have read through the forums, but I cannot find any solution that works for my problem. Any ideas?

Thank you!

most probably that module or plugin is conflicting with the template. Some times it happens when using two instances of a module on the same page. try finding the modules you enabled on front page. gotta be one of them. disable each of them one by one.

Just reviewed the site and seems to work OK.

Part of the problem has been fixed....It seems that a Twitter Module on my homepage was causing the whole page to crash. Once I removed it, the front page reappeared. However, the page load time for the front page is still extremely slow, and I don't have much content on it. What solution do people recommend to get faster download speed with joomla sites?
