Remove extension artifacts.

I have extensions listed under Manage Extensions that I can't uninstall because "the folder can not be found". How can I remove these, please?

Reinstalling and then uninstalling should work. Another option is to manually remove entries from database but that's not recommended.

That worked for Creative Image Slider but SEO Boss does not seem a current extension.
