Contacts Missing from Components Menu Topic is solved

I don't know how it happened, but Contacts has disappeared from Contacts under the Components section of the left sidebar. Here is a screen shot:

If I use this URL:
administrator/index.php?option=com_contact&view=contacts

I can see the contacts that were previously added.

I have a second Joomla site so I know it should be there, as with this pic:

Perhaps there is a setting in the Admin Backend that accidentally clicked on. I've done a search but could not find anything.

I have checked in System/Manage Extensions and:

Contacts
Privacy - Contacts
Smart Search - Contacts"

are listed.
