New Name Idea

Personally since this split is a lot about ideals and in the CMS remaining opensource and around the ideals that it should be free, creative, and belong to the community and everyone... I would suggest it might be appropriate to call the new name for the CMS...


(Drum roll please)....

Liberty CMS (Liberty just for short).......

I think this also reflects the goals of the software as well, in that the CMS gives us flexibility and freedom (a.k.a Liberty)..

I checked the domain name libertycms.com (and org) are open... and while several companies have trademarked versions of the word Liberty, none appear to be in a similar industry or would appear to be companies that I would think would have an issue with our use of Liberty in a very different context...  I really like the Phoenix idea as well, but that one concerns me a little more in regards to the trademark issue because Phoenix BIOS is an IT type company...
